Luxury Living Wall in a Miami Residence

In a luxury Miami residence, the kitchen area called for more than a conventional architectural feature. Our design team transformed an open wall into a lush, multi-layered living wall that brings the tropical character of South Florida directly into the interior.

Designed to complement the home's sophisticated materials—including rich natural wood ceilings, warm stone surfaces and refined architectural finishes—the custom vertical garden creates a striking contrast between contemporary architecture and abundant greenery.

A carefully selected mix of tropical plants, including Aglaonemas, Philodendrons, Syngoniums, Dracaena and other textural foliage, creates a dense composition with varying shades, shapes and leaf structures. Soft pink Syngonium accents add a subtle pop of color, while darker foliage creates depth and visual contrast throughout the installation.

Positioned within the kitchen area, the living wall becomes more than decoration. It creates a natural transition between the interior and the surrounding outdoor landscape, making the space feel more immersive, organic and connected to nature.
